Furuli er very much pro education himself. Some years ago he bragged in the newspaper about all the young ones in his congregation who where getting higher education, when asked about the society's view on education.

a friend from norway said he is the service overseer in his congregation.

Furuli used to be an elder in Majorstuen congregation in Oslo. The latest inforation i've got is that he has moved to Sandefjord og small town 120 km southwest of Oslo.
He is definetliy a higly regarded elder. A guru for many JWs in Norway.

Branch offices in Europe are closing

most of the business will be taken care of from the german bethel.
nothing is said thru official channels yet, but there is no reason to doubt my source.. can anyone tell more about this topic?.
